Refund Policy

What’s your refund policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below:

✔ Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date.

✔ Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With original tags and packaging

✔ Return Process

To start a return:
1. Contact us at info@lifecomfort.ca within 15 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

✔ Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect → we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to change of mind → the customer pays the return shipping cost.

✔ Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business daysafter approval.

✔ Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on large items (bed frames, sofa bed sectional & Dining Table, etc.) with the exception of mattresses and box springs. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Final sale items (if any)

If you want to exchange an item (for size or color), please contact us at info@lifecomfort.ca within 15 days.
